Because RKZ Hosting runs on shared server hardware with a fixed pool of resources, this policy exists to keep the platform stable and safe for every customer on it.
Your account is provisioned with defined limits on storage, databases, cron jobs, and backups. Using scripts or applications that consistently exceed fair, personal-scale resource use for a beginner website (high sustained CPU load, excessive database queries, or bandwidth abuse) may result in throttling, suspension, or a request to move to a more suitable hosting arrangement.
You are responsible for keeping any software you install — including content management systems, plugins, and themes — patched and up to date. Compromised sites that are used to attack other systems, distribute malware, or send spam will be suspended to protect the shared server, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you first where the risk allows it.
You may only connect domains you own or are authorized to manage. Repeatedly running DNS checks against domains you do not control, or attempting to connect a domain already active on another RKZ Hosting account, is not permitted.
Violations of this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or termination of your account without refund, depending on severity. Where content poses an immediate risk to the server or other customers, we may act before notifying you.
If you believe a site hosted on RKZ Hosting violates this policy, email support@rkzhosting.com with the domain and a description of the issue.
