These Terms govern your use of RKZ Hosting's shared web hosting service ("Service"), operated at rkzhosting.com and its subdomains. By ordering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
RKZ Hosting provides shared web space, database hosting, one dedicated IP address, and free SSL certificates under a single plan ("Standard Plan"). We do not provide email hosting, DNS/nameserver hosting, multiple dedicated IP addresses, or domain registration. Your domain's DNS remains with your existing registrar or DNS provider at all times.
To use the Service, point a subdomain such as www to host.rkzhosting.com by CNAME. For the root domain (@), use an A record to 51.79.164.219, or an ALIAS/ANAME/CNAME-flattening record to host.rkzhosting.com if supported. We verify the DNS record before an order can proceed.
Each account is provisioned with the limits described on our Pricing page at the time of order (currently: 3 websites, unlimited aliases, 3 databases, 1GB web storage, 5 cron jobs, 5 retained backups). We may enforce these limits technically at any time, including by restricting further use once a limit is reached. We do not currently offer plan upgrades; if that changes, we will notify existing customers.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service is billed monthly through PayPal, in the currency shown to you at checkout based on your detected billing region (Philippine Peso for Philippine customers, US Dollar elsewhere). Failure to pay when due may result in suspension or termination of your account. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
We retain a rolling set of automated backups as a convenience and a safeguard against server-side failure. Backups are not a substitute for your own copies of your files and data, and we recommend downloading your own copies periodically. We are not responsible for data loss arising from your own actions (including deleting your own files) or from third-party software you install.
You may access your environment through My Portal and, for advanced tasks such as installing applications or managing files directly, through HestiaCP. You are responsible for keeping any software you install (including CMS platforms such as WordPress) updated and secure.
We may restrict access to the Service, including sign-up and checkout, from certain countries or regions for payment processing, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance reasons. This restriction may change over time without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice depending on severity. We may also modify or discontinue features of the Service, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material changes affecting active plans.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis, sized for beginner and personal-scale websites. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RKZ Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We take reasonable measures to secure our shared server infrastructure, but we do not guarantee that data you store, transmit, or process through the Service will never be lost, exposed, or accessed without authorization — including as a result of vulnerabilities or misconfigurations in software you install (such as CMS platforms, plugins, or themes), weak or compromised account credentials, or security incidents affecting the shared environment generally. You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of any sensitive, confidential, or personal data you choose to store or process using the Service, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, RKZ Hosting is not liable for any loss, exposure, or unauthorized disclosure of such data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The AI Site Builder is an optional tool that generates starter website content from your description. Generated content is provided as-is — review it before publishing, since AI-written text and images can be inaccurate or need editing. Publishing through this tool replaces whatever is currently live on the selected domain. This feature may be limited, changed, or disabled at any time, including due to third-party AI service availability.
