Standard Plan is priced deliberately low — ₱120/US$1.99 per month — specifically so that trying it doesn't require a safety net. Because of that, our refund policy is simple and firm: payments are non-refundable, with one narrow exception for genuine billing errors.
We don't offer refunds for cancelling early, not using the service, or deciding hosting isn't for you. At this price point, we'd rather you try it risk-free by simply not renewing than build a refund process around it — see "Cancelling" below.
If you were charged twice for the same billing period, charged after you had already cancelled, or charged the wrong amount due to a system error on our side, email support@rkzhosting.com with your order reference or domain name and we will correct it, including a refund of the erroneous charge where appropriate.
There are two ways to stop future monthly charges, and they behave differently:
Either way, you keep access for the rest of your current, already-paid billing period — you are never charged again once auto-renew is off or your subscription is cancelled.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund of the current or any prior billing period.
Once your already-paid billing period ends with no active subscription renewing it, your hosting account is automatically suspended — your files and databases are kept in place, just not publicly served, so nothing is lost simply by not renewing right away. Turning auto-renew back on or resubscribing at any point while suspended restores access immediately, exactly as it was.
Permanent deletion is not automatic: it is a separate administrative action after suspension. Because deletion removes files and databases, we recommend downloading anything you need to keep before cancelling or leaving an account suspended for a long period.
Billing error reports go to support@rkzhosting.com with your order reference (e.g. 000042) or connected domain name.
