This policy explains what information RKZ Hosting collects when you use our website and hosting service, and how it's used.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, the domain(s) you connect, and an order reference generated at checkout.
• Payment information: we do not store your card or PayPal login details. Payments are processed by PayPal, and we retain only the transaction reference and amount needed to match a payment to your order.
• Technical information: your IP address, used to (a) determine which currency to display, (b) perform the live DNS check for your domain, and (c) apply regional access restrictions where required.
• Hosting content: the files, databases, and configuration you upload or create within your hosting account, which we do not access except to provide support you request or to investigate a suspected Acceptable Use Policy violation.

2. How we use this information

We use the information above to provision and operate your hosting account, process payment, communicate order and account updates by email, apply pricing and regional rules automatically, and maintain the security and stability of the shared server.

3. Email delivery

Transactional emails (order confirmations, SSL setup notices, password resets) are sent through a third-party email delivery service. These emails relate only to your account and order status — we do not send marketing email lists.

4. Third parties we rely on

• PayPal — payment processing
• A transactional email delivery provider — sending account and order emails
• A CAPTCHA/bot-protection provider — verifying human sign-ups and logins
• An IP-geolocation lookup — determining your approximate country for pricing and access rules

Each of these providers processes only the minimum data needed to perform its function and has its own privacy practices governing that data.

5. Data retention

We retain account and order records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for billing records and legal compliance. Hosting content (your files and databases) is retained until your account is cancelled and any applicable grace period under our Refund Policy has passed.

6. Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about your account, or request that your account and associated data be deleted, by emailing support@rkzhosting.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any records we're required to keep by law.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
